Job summary

You will partner with senior leaders, synthesize complex data, and drive actionable recommendations while mentoring a team and contributing to internal initiatives and staffing diversity programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of risk management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial service.
• At least 5 years of experience in people management.
• Experience with regulatory requirements governing risk management in Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Actively lead our strategic approach to transform Risk Management.
• Identify opportunities to improve Risk Management processes and execute change.
• Synthesize and elevate information to executive levels.
• Leverage data, metrics, and analysis for process improvement monitoring.
• Manage ambiguity and drive clarity among team and stakeholders.
• Craft storylines articulating findings, insights and recommendations.
• Directly liaise with senior leadership to move the organization to action.
• Thought partnership with business leaders to enable improved decision-making.
• Team leadership: mentor and develop less experienced associates.
• Internal leadership: help lead recruiting, staffing, diversity, inclusion, etc.
