Job summary

Independence Health Group seeks a Senior Risk Analyst to drive development and enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. You will partner with business leaders to identify, assess, monitor, and report enterprise risks, supporting strategic decisions and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years in Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Finance, or related discipline.
• Working knowledge of COSO ERM, ISO 31000, or comparable methodologies.
• Experience facilitating risk assessments, maintaining risk inventories, and developing risk reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) aligned with strategy and regulatory expectations.
• Maintain risk identification, assessment, and management tools, including risk taxonomy and risk profile.
• Execute enterprise-wide risk assessments and report key risks and trends for decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership to embed risk practices into business processes and decisions.
• Develop risk dashboards and reporting for senior leadership, risk committees, and ARMC.
