Job summary

Shared Services is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst to support the development and enhancement of the ERM framework within a property and casualty environment. The role focuses on identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting enterprise risks in alignment with regulatory expectations and internal governance.

You will collaborate across departments, contribute to risk taxonomy, ORSA documentation, and risk reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, accounting, insurance, business, mathematics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or insurance operations.
• Familiarity with insurance regulatory requirements, including NAIC guidance and ORSA.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide risk identification and assessment processes, including RCSAs, risk registers, and emerging risk identification.
• Maintain ERM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Prepare risk reporting for senior management, risk committees, and the Board.
