Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager to shape the Enterprise Risk Strategy. You will maintain the enterprise risk taxonomy, document risk profiles and appetite, and support assessments and mitigation strategies across the organization.

In this role you will drive annual audit planning, compliance initiatives, and risk-stress scenario development with internal/external resources, partnering with ELT and business owners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance, Quality, Public Policy, Government Affairs, Project Management, Healthcare Operations or Law
• Preferred 3 years in Information Security Analysis or Information Risk Management
• Preferred 3 years in Privacy Analysis, Privacy Risk Management and understanding regulatory environment

Responsibilities

• Support and lead discussions to implement the risk strategy program affecting high-priority initiatives.
• Assist in annual ERM threat assessments and regulatory risk filings.
• Develop risk taxonomy and risk appetite alignment; contribute to risk modeling.
• Coordinate audit planning, monitoring and reporting on risk activities.
