Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Lead Analyst to drive business resiliency and enterprise risk management initiatives across the organization. You will design and mature resiliency programs, governance models, and reporting, while partnering with IT, finance, and operations to embed preparedness and recovery into strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• CBCP, MBCI, CRISC, RIMS-CRMP, CIA, CISA, CRCR certifications or progress toward them.
• At least 6 years of progressive Business Resiliency and Enterprise Risk Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Health Information Management, IT, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support ERM program execution and control architecture across the enterprise.
• Lead development of resiliency programs, governance, and risk reporting.
• Align risk, resiliency, and control activities with leadership priorities.
• Translate audit findings and risk assessments into actionable improvement plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to embed resiliency into operations and technology initiatives.
