Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an Enterprise Risk professional to support the ERM program, reporting, and analytics. The role emphasizes delivering consistent risk reporting, developing AI-enabled capabilities, and assisting with board materials.

You will collaborate with risk, technology, and finance teams to maintain the ERM framework, produce dashboards in Archer, and participate in risk reviews and policy updates. A strong communicator with 5+ years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reporting, presentations, data analytics, AI capabilities or similar experience.
• Understanding of core AI agent concepts such as tool use, memory management, multi-step workflows, and agent orchestration patterns.
• Strong Microsoft applications knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook) and aptitude for bank software.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI capabilities for Enterprise Risk Programs.
• Assist with compiling quarterly Executive Risk Committee and Board materials.
• Maintain the ERM framework and update documentation.
• Participate in ERM reviews and risk assessments.
• Assist with policy and program reviews to ensure annual updates.
• Develop and maintain ERM dashboards within Archer.
• Communicate risk issues across categories and lines of business.
• Support other ERM initiatives as needed.
