Texas Capital Bank is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management professional to support reporting, analytics, and risk oversight across the organization. This role collaborates with risk, technology, and finance teams to strengthen our risk framework and executive materials.
You will assist in developing AI-enabled risk capabilities, maintaining policy documentation, and preparing quarterly risk committee materials for leadership and the board.

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is responsible for administrating and maintaining Texas Capital’s comprehensive risk management framework.
As part of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, this position will assist the ERM Risk & Compliance Manager and the Head of Enterprise Risk Management Programs in delivering consistent reporting and presentations for Enterprise Risk activities including the creation of risk committee materials.
Assist the Risk and Compliance Manager in the maintenance and execution of a comprehensive process for identifying, monitoring, and reporting on risks that may impact enterprise-level performance.
Collaborate with other ERM team members, colleagues in risk, technology and finance on efforts related to data management and risk analytics.
