Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management professional to support reporting, analytics, and risk oversight across the organization. This role collaborates with risk, technology, and finance teams to strengthen our risk framework and executive materials.

You will assist in developing AI-enabled risk capabilities, maintaining policy documentation, and preparing quarterly risk committee materials for leadership and the board.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in reporting, presentations, data analytics, AI capabilities or similar experience.
• Understanding of core AI agent concepts (tool use, memory, multi-step workflows, orchestration).
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop AI capabilities for Enterprise Risk Programs and risk analytics.
• Assist quarterly Executive Risk Committee and Board Risk Committee materials.
• Maintain ERM framework and update related documentation.
• Develop ERM dashboards and reporting via Archer GRC.
• Collaborate with risk, technology, and finance teams on data management and risk reporting.
