Job summary

Zing Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior ERM Specialist to lead the design and execution of the ERM framework, with ownership of ORSA, risk assessments, and regulator reporting.

You will collaborate with actuarial, finance, compliance, legal, and internal audit to translate complex risk data into actionable insights for senior management, the Board, and regulators, ensuring ongoing program maturity.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, compliance, or related roles within the health insurance industry.
• Demonstrated ownership-level experience with ORSA, including report drafting and regulator interaction.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance regulatory frameworks and NAIC ERM principles.
• Ability to work independently, exercise professional judgment, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage or multi-state insurance holding company structures.
• Familiarity with MAR, Form F, and CGAD requirements.
• Professional certifications such as CRMA, CRM, CPA, CIA, CFE, or actuarial credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual enterprise risk assessment cycle and oversee risk identification, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Own and maintain the enterprise risk register with risk statements, inherent and residual risk, controls, and ownership.
• Provide guidance on alignment with risk appetite and elevate material deviations.
• Coordinate ERM activities with Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Actuarial teams.
• Prepare regulator-ready reports and dashboards for executive leadership and the Board.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, Actuarial Science, or a related field
