Jobot is seeking an ERISA Attorney in Washington, DC for a specialized employee benefits practice. The role focuses on compliance, regulatory matters and Taft-Hartley multiemployer plans, with direct client contact and significant matter management responsibilities.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office / 2 remote after onboarding) and a base salary in the $160K–$250K range, plus full benefits and strong growth opportunities within a specialized ERISA practice.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience handling employee benefit plan issues under ERISA.
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise employee benefit plans regarding ERISA compliance and related laws.
• Analyze complex ERISA issues and provide practical guidance.
• Draft and review plan documents, amendments and policies.
• Collaborate with attorneys across client teams and support regulatory analysis.
