Demonstrated experience advising sophisticated employers and fiduciary committees on complex benefits matters.

Responsibilities

Acts as principal legal advisor to internal clients on ERISA, employee benefits, fiduciary governance, and related regulatory matters.
Provides strategic guidance on design, administration, governance, amendments, and termination of qualified retirement plans.
Advises on fiduciary duties, plan assets, governance, and investment-related matters.
Counsels on health and welfare benefit plans and related code provisions (ERISA, IRS, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, MHPAEA).
Leads complex benefits projects and transactions, coordinating across tax, finance, and compliance teams.
