Job summary

HP, Inc. seeks a senior Legal professional specializing in ERISA and employee benefits to advise fiduciary committees and senior management. You will design and govern retirement and health plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide complex benefit programs across HP.

You will partner with HR, Tax, and Compliance to develop compliant strategies, supervise amendments, and manage risk in a fast-changing environment. Strong negotiation and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 10+ years advising on ERISA, employee benefits, fiduciary governance, and related tax matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise internal clients on ERISA, fiduciary governance, and regulatory matters.
• Provide strategic counsel on retirement, health, and welfare plans.
• Lead complex benefits projects and due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Counsel on plan documents, amendments, and participant communications.
• Collaborate with HR, Tax, Finance, and Compliance to ensure compliant programs.
