Job summary

FuturePlan, part of Ascensus, seeks a technical corrections expert to deliver IRS and DOL correction services, create client-ready packets, and advise on regulatory guidance. The role emphasizes Excel-driven analysis, training development, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.

You will conduct research on updates to Revenue Procedures, ERISA policies, and related forms, while supporting IT-enabled initiatives and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field.
• CPA, MBA, JD or PMP preferred; relevant certifications encouraged.
• Proficiency with Excel and core correction tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide correction consulting on IRS/DOL guidance and internal processes.
• Develop training and course materials on corrections and ERISA topics.
• Audit, update, and deliver correction packets to clients.
• Research legislative, regulatory, and case law guidance impacting corrections.
• Write correction articles and update ERISA policy statements.
• Participate in IT and project management initiatives; meet SLAs.
• Attend continuing education to enhance technical knowledge.
