Job summary

Ascensus, in partnership with FuturePlan, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide correction services to retirement plan clients and partners. Expect heavy Excel work, client-facing consulting, and collaboration with an ERISA-focused team.

The role emphasizes technical accuracy, training development, and staying current with IRS/DOL guidance, with opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to improve correction processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• ASPPA designations preferred.
• Experience with IRS/DOL corrections and ERISA is a plus.
• Strong Excel proficiency and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Consulting clients on technical corrections issues and IRS/DOL guidance.
• Develop correction packets and perform corrections engagements.
• Conduct internal and external trainings and course development.
• Research and analyze legislative, regulatory, and case law guidance.
