Job summary

Ascensus, in collaboration with FuturePlan, seeks a skilled professional to provide IRS and DOL correction services, perform Excel-based calculations, and prepare client correction packets. You will train staff, refine procedures, and contribute to IT-enabled correction projects.

You will review plan forms, analyze regulatory guidance, and deliver technical writing on corrections. A strong client-service mindset and familiarity with Ascensus tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• ASPPA designations preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong Excel proficiency emphasized.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
• familiarity with Ascensus and FuturePlan tools (ARK, Salesforce, AXIS).

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting on IRS and DOL corrections to clients.
• Prepare and audit correction packets for clients.
• Develop training materials and present to client services teams.
• Review Ascensus documents and plan forms for accuracy.
• Research legislation and regulatory guidance related to corrections.
• Execute fee-for-service correction engagements and IT-related projects.
• Draft technical articles and ERISA policy updates.
