Job summary

FuturePlan, Ascensus' retirement services arm, seeks a professional to provide correction services to clients, perform complex Excel calculations, and deliver correction packets. The role includes consulting, technical research, and developing training materials.

Candidates should have a business/finance background, ASPPA designations preferred, and strong knowledge of IRS/DOL corrections with experience using Ascensus/FuturePlan tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• ASPPA designations preferred, not mandatory.
• Experience with IRS and DOL correction programs a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to perform complex calculations.

Responsibilities

• Consulting - provide services on corrections issues and regulatory guidance.
• Training - conduct correction presentations for client services groups.
• Course Development - review and update internal training procedures.
• Document Reviews - demonstrate knowledge of Ascensus/FuturePlan documents.
• Forms - know Ascensus plan forms and notices.
• Special Projects - participate in IT and project management efforts.
• Research - perform basic technical research and present findings.
