Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a technically skilled professional to provide correction services for the FuturePlan clients, including IRS and DOL guidance, data analysis in Excel, and development of correction packets.

You will train staff, update procedures, and support consulting engagements. Proficiency with Ascensus tools and platforms (ARK, Salesforce, AXIS) is valued, with ASPPA designations preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• CPA, MBA, JD or PMP preferred.
• ASPPA designations preferred (QKA, QKS, QKC, QPA, CPC, QP3).

Responsibilities

• Provide correction services to Ascensus and FuturePlan clients.
• Prepare and audit correction packets and Excel calculations.
• Provide in-house and external consulting on IRS and DOL guidance.
• Conduct correction presentations for Client Services training.
• Review, audit, and update internal training procedures related to IRS and DOL corrections.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Ascensus documents, forms, and notices.
• Independently perform fee-for-service correction engagements and support advanced consultations.
• Participate in special IT and project management projects.
• Complete basic technical research and present findings on corrections updates.
• Write correction articles and update ERISA policy statements.
