Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in employee relations, workplace investigations, compliance, ethics, HR business partnership, or related ER role.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to draft investigation findings and executive-ready updates.
• Discretion, neutrality, sound judgment, professionalism, and independence in sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority investigations from intake to closure with timeliness, thoroughness, fairness, and confidentiality.
• Develop ER or investigation plans, conduct interviews, gather and review evidence, assess credibility, document findings.
• Prepare clear case summaries, findings, and closure documentation in HR Acuity or designated systems.
• Strengthen investigations execution across sites by improving ownership, case hygiene, handoffs, and aging discipline.
• Translate data and repeat themes into practical prevention strategies and corrective actions.
• Coach managers on ER practices, policy application, escalation quality, documentation, and consistent decision-making.
