Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Head of Equity Research to help train AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role requires 3+ years in equity research with sell-side or independent firms and expert PowerPoint craftsmanship to craft and critique valuation exhibits and investment theses.

This is a fully remote, flexible engagement at $100 per hour, 5–20 hours weekly. You’ll collaborate with AI training teams to develop initiation reports, earnings previews, and investor marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm.
• Deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: initiation report exhibits, earnings preview and review slides, industry primer decks, thesis one-pagers, valuation summary pages, and marketing decks for investor meetings.
