Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Product Analyst to lead cross‑functional initiatives delivering enhanced EquiView financial reporting capabilities for corporate clients. You will own backlog priorities, validate requirements, and partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Reporting, and Client Services to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates bring deep equity compensation and financial reporting expertise, experience with EquiView or comparable platforms, and

Qualifications

Two or more years as a Product Owner/PM leading backlogs, roadmaps, testing and cross‑functional outcomes.
Experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, equity accounting, financial reporting, and equity systems operations.
Strong knowledge of ASC 718 and equity modification accounting, with experience supporting expense calculations and reconciliations.
Working knowledge of IRS/SEC requirements including Forms 3, 4, 5, 10‑K/10‑Q disclosures and proxy reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end delivery for complex, multi‑release initiatives across EquiView, including financial reporting enhancements and regulatory updates.
Define acceptance criteria with stakeholders and support testable backlog items.
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Reporting, and Client Services to ensure client readiness and post‑launch adoption.
Contribute to product vision and roadmap for EquiView financial reporting and scalable workflows.
Define success measures and drive delivery from discovery through launch.
