Job summary

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking seeks a motivated Middle Office Trade Support specialist for the Equity Derivatives Desk in New York. You will work with traders to capture trades, validate data, and produce risk and PnL reports.

The role requires 5–10 years of trade support experience, a bachelor’s degree, and certifications (SIE and Series 99). Base salary ranges from $135,000 to $155,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Trade Support or as a Trader Assistant.
• Familiarity with Equity Derivatives products and Payoffs; familiar with Medium Term Notes.
• Knowledge of trading platforms/utilities (MarketWire, Sophis, Bloomberg).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SIE and Series 99 certifications mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Capture trades accurately in internal systems.
• Generate and run reports to assess risk exposure.
• Validate market data for accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare and distribute profit and loss (PnL) reports.
• Monitor and track trading positions for expirations and lifecycle events.
• Collaborate with team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
