Job summary

Morgan Stanley at Work (MSAW) is seeking a Relationship Manager in New York to lead equity compensation relationships within Wealth Management. You will collaborate with stock plan administration teams, deliver insights, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, conducting business reviews, and maintaining strong client engagement while navigating complex equity compensation topics and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5-10 years of industry experience.
• Strong understanding of executive compensation and stock plan industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Some travel will be required.
• Organizational skills to track and maintain multiple projects.
• Ability to work under periods of extreme pressure with tight deadlines.
• Ability to present recommendations to management.
• Ability to identify issues and articulate concerns to drive resolution.
• Comfortable running meetings and speaking to large groups.
• CertifED Equity Professional designation preferred.
• Licenses FINRA 7 and 63/66 or willingness to obtain within 180 days.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with other teams to ensure timely responses to clients.
• Deliver regular business reviews with thought leadership and analytics at plan level.
• Maintain high level of personal interaction with clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction through benchmarks, surveys, and RM check-ins.
• Promote efficiencies and best practices to improve service and execution.
• Align client requests with business needs while maintaining positive relationships.
• Coordinate new projects with clients and internal teams.
• Engage with Morgan Stanley service groups to ensure strong service delivery.
• Communicate with internal partners about plan events and key issues.
