Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years equivalent experience in a Caterpillar or similar environment.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write in English).

Responsibilities

• Perform independent diagnosis, failure analysis, and repair of equipment.
• Complete Job Hazard Analysis (JHA’s) prior to job-related tasks.
• Conduct engine preventative maintenance and inspect/repair internal engine components.

Skills

Troubleshooting skills on various engine and equipment systems

Ability to navigate Microsoft products

General knowledge of manufacturer specific software

Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships

Education

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Minimum of three years equivalent experience
