Cheney Brothers in Florida is seeking a logistics and procurement professional to manage equipment and supplies for projects, ensuring on-time delivery, accurate inventory, and vendor compliance. You will collaborate with project managers to coordinate procurement, logistics, and reporting across sites, with travel to project locations as needed.

A High School diploma and valid driver's license are required, with 6 months of experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites within geographic area as needed.

Responsabilités

• Procurement & Inventory Management: Source, order, and track equipment and supplies to meet project requirements.
• Logistics Coordination: Arrange transportation, delivery, and storage of equipment and supplies.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing.
• Project Support: Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans for equipment and supplies.
• Documentation & Reporting: Track expenses and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Problem Solving: Address delays or shortages to minimize disruptions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
