Job summary

S&H Farm Supply, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Salesperson to build and maintain relationships and promote the sale of agriculture, construction, lawn & garden, and powersports equipment. You will demonstrate products, visit sites, and close deals while providing exceptional customer service.

The role requires knowledge of the agriculture equipment market and strong communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business. Some weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced sales and customer service skills needed.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and sell multiple lines of equipment.
• Develop and maintain customer relations.
• Visit residential and commercial properties to assess equipment needs.
• Complete sales calls to identify potential customers and establish contact.
• Complete sales related documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
• Stay current on product lines and market trends.
• Attend trade shows and promote our equipment.
• Offer extended warranties, maintenance plans, and additional product accessories.
