Job summary

H&R Agri-Power Inc. in Mayfield, KY is seeking a Sales Associate to execute the sale of dealership equipment and serve as the first point of contact with customers.

You will advise on products, close sales, coordinate with service, and maintain documentation while fostering a positive, professional image of the company. Responsibilities include building relationships with new and existing customers, keeping up to date on manufacturer programs, and promoting company values through quality

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred but not required.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Basic familiarity with small and large Agriculture equipment would be beneficial.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers to check on current equipment and satisfaction, identify performance gaps, accurately recommend equipment/services and close sales.
• Ensure all documents for sales of whole goods and attachments are completed.
• Submit weekly call reports.
• Maintain sales department vehicles and office equipment.
• Assist Sales Manager with field demonstrations and coordinate with Service for follow-up maintenance.
• Stay updated on manufacturers’ terms, discounts, and programs.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services.
• Promote the company with pride and professionalism by ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
