Job summary
Sanmina Corporation is seeking an Equipment & Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across our automated manufacturing plant in Houston. You will drive uptime, implement PM/PdM programs, and manage spare parts and vendor relationships to keep line performance optimal.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance engineering within automated environments, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and a degree in a relevant field.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance engineering, equipment reliability, or maintenance management experience in an automated industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading maintenance initiatives across automated machinery and systems.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background with hands-on skills.
- Education in mechanical/electrical/mechatronics or related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead plant-wide preventive/predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and maintain automated industrial machinery including servo-driven systems.
- Coordinate equipment uptime, spare parts, and vendor support with safety compliance.
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring safety standards.
