Job summary

Amazon Leo Maintenance Group (LMG) seeks a Sr. Reliability Engineer to drive equipment reliability across production lines and support capital projects.

You will lead RCFA investigations, develop RC/M maintenance strategies, and analyze MTBF/MTTR/OEE data to reduce downtime and extend asset life. You will collaborate with maintenance, manufacturing engineering, and vendors to implement reliable designs and preventive/predictive maintenance programs, while mentoring engineers and owning CMMS data

Qualifications

• Lead RCFA investigations and document corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain RC/M maintenance strategies (RCM, FMEA).
• Provide engineering support for capital projects and equipment modifications.
• Analyze MTBF/MTTR/OEE data to identify chronic losses and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCFA investigations for downtime events and verify effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain reliability programs (FMEA, criticality, RC/M strategies).
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, and modifications.
• Analyze performance data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with maintenance, manufacturing engineering, and vendors on design reviews and commissioning.
• Refine preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and CMMS configurations.
• Own CMMS data integrity and asset hierarchy; drive data-driven decisions.
