Job summary

Teasdale Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Reliability Engineer to optimize reliability across multiple production sites.

You will analyze failure data, develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and collaborate with engineering, QA, and production teams to reduce downtime and costs. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with reliability methods (FMEA/RCM), and proficiency in predictive maintenance technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance reliability engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermal imaging, oil analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of safety regulations relevant to manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of equipment reliability data (MTBF, MTTR) to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and costs.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians and operations to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Apply FMEA and RCM to optimize maintenance strategies and improve equipment performance.
• Conduct reliability testing on new equipment installations or modifications and ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor performance of upgrades and recommend adjustments to reliability.
• Maintain documentation for maintenance procedures, analyses, and metrics.
