Job summary

Precoat Metals seeks a Reliability Engineer to improve asset reliability, maintainability, and food safety integrity across the facility. You will lead failure elimination programs, optimize preventive maintenance, and drive lifecycle management for critical equipment.

You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Controls, FSQ, Sanitation and Operational Excellence to identify losses, validate root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions, aiming for higher MTBF and safer,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
• 3+ years manufacturing reliability experience
• Experience leading root cause investigations
• Experience with PM optimization
• Experience with RCAM/RCM and reliability metrics

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability improvement initiatives across plant assets
• Develop risk-based maintenance strategies
• Perform RCA, FMEA and repeat-failure investigations
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and FSQ to improve asset performance
• Support capital planning and ROI analyses
