Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of equipment maintenance and repair experience.
• Ability to read electrical and electronic schematics, mechanical drawings, piping diagrams and flow charts.
• Experience in soldering and desoldering components on printed circuit boards.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing cable harnesses.
• Ability to test and evaluate electrical components with a multimeter.
• Familiarity with safety standards and cleanroom procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performing the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues using manuals, schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Maintain records on equipment notices, upgrades and safety issues.
• Study equipment performance and reliability.
• Create maintenance programs to increase uptime and address process-impacting problems.
• Provide technical support to production operators and process engineers.
• Define and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanroom procedures.
