Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of CMMS and maintenance practices.
• Experience implementing AI to accelerate maintenance functions.
