Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop the equipment maintenance team across production assets, including robots, welders, furnaces, and precision machines. You will direct preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex electrical control systems, and coordinate repairs to ensure continuous operation and safety.

Qualifications include 3+ years of supervisory experience and 6+ years hands-on maintenance, with skills in electrical schematics, VFDs, HMIs,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ supervisory or team leadership experience in maintenance/industrial environment.
• Minimum 6 years’ hands-on experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Experience with VFDs, servo drives, HMI interfaces, and industrial instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the equipment maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical control systems (PLCs, HMIs, sensors, VFDs).
• Manage work requests, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Coordinate emergency/unscheduled repairs and shift coverage to maintain operations.
• Schedule, prioritize, and assign orders to meet production deadlines.
• Promote 5S for organized, efficient workspaces.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coach team members.
