Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Lead Equipment Specialist in Oregon to oversee the warehouse and yard operations at the branch, providing guidance to Equipment Specialist staff and focusing on teamwork and customer service.

You will manage maintenance, repairs, inventory, and safety within the area, coordinate with Operations Manager, and help train staff. This role requires hands-on leadership and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Customer service and team leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay safety-conscious.
• Valid CDL A/B/C license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and yard operations, guiding Equipment Specialist staff.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs and storage of toilets, sheds, and other assets.
• Maintain inventory logs and report needs to Operations Manager.
• Conduct quality control audits on portable restrooms and related assets.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in the work area; assist with safety tailgate meetings.
• Assist with training and onboarding of staff and re-training as needed.
