Job summary

InProduction seeks a Yard Lead to support daily yard operations and provide hands-on leadership to Yard Associates. You will ensure materials, equipment, tools, and staging assets are received, organized, and shipped safely and efficiently, aligning with project priorities and team goals.

The role requires at least two years in related warehousing/delivery roles, familiarity with basic hand tools, and the ability to work overtime while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of delivery/warehousing/receiving/packing/shipping/storage experience preferred.
• Willing to complete forklift training.
• Forklift experience and license preferred.
• Able to work overtime.
• Must read and understand safety instructions.
• Small engine repair and maintenance skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train and provide work direction to assigned personnel.
• Maximize productivity through proper training and supervision.
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments; verify physically.
• Maintain records and reports related to yard operations.
• Inspect machinery and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Load/unload, pack, and ship finished goods; prepare pallets.
