Job summary

Trio Capital is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Mount Laurel, NJ to establish and execute our sales strategy, develop new partner relationships, onboard equipment sellers, and lead training for the sales team. You will actively manage customer contact, product development, and the sales pipeline to meet quarterly quotas.

The role requires identifying dealer partnerships, understanding equipment finance for small to mid-sized businesses, and achieving annual financial goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years selling experience, equipment finance industry preferred.
• Demonstrated history of reaching assigned sales goals.
• Ability to bring a book of business is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Able to travel domestically if needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute sales strategy to identify, develop and land new partner relationships.
• Onboard new equipment sellers and provide equipment finance training for the sales team.
• Manage customer contact, expectations, and sales pipeline to meet quotas and growth.
