This full-time role combines hybrid/remote work with frequent travel to identify and originate secured equipment finance opportunities among middle-market and corporate clients, building long-term banking relationships. You will lead direct calling efforts, assess opportunities with credit and pricing, and coordinate with RMs and other teams to close transactions that enhance Fulton Equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience in business or a related field.
• 5+ years equipment finance or equivalent.
• 5+ years Commercial Credit or Business/Commercial Banking relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls and follow-ups to develop Equipment Finance opportunities among capital-intensive companies.
• Evaluate opportunities with credit, pricing, tenor and equipment; present to internal teams.
• Prepare formal proposals and negotiate terms with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate documentation, funding and booking; ensure compliant transactions.
• Introduce Fulton team members to clients to build a full banking relationship.
• Submit accurate Equipment Finance transactions for processing.
