Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation in California seeks a New Equipment Field Operations Manager to lead the Southwest region's field operations. You will set direction, drive performance, and ensure safety and compliance while coordinating with branches.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to manage multiple projects, and 75-85% travel within the state. Salary ranges from $165,000 to $195,000 base plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading field-level teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Performance to Estimate in the branch offices.
• Ensure adherence to Sales Installation Process (SIP).
• Ensure branches comply with CPM17 and GS110 policies.
• Drive NE QOP callback rate.
• Provide ongoing training and leadership to the new equipment operations team.
• Provide technical direction to field operations staff and participate in large bids.
• Responsible for the quality of all new installations in designated territory.
• Investigate and resolve critical customer issues with Otis and non-Otis products.
• Report and present on recommendations for product designs and performance.
• Monitor field tests and first inspection and data reports.
• Travel 75-85% within the state of California.
