Qualifications

• BA/BS in Health & Safety, Environmental Management or related field or equivalent field experience
• MS/MBA with EH&S experience preferred
• Elevator field operations experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to support EH&S compliance for Otis Southwest
• Partner with field operations to identify hazards and implement EH&S policies
• Lead branch safety audits and incident investigations; develop corrective action plans
• Coordinate procedures and control of hazardous, regulated and solid wastes
• Travel to regional locations 50–75% to support operations
