Qualifications

• BA/BS in Health & Safety, and/or Environmental Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• MS/MBA with EH&S experience preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of EH&S experience or 7+ years elevator field experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to support EH&S compliance for Otis Southwest.
• Lead by example to strengthen Otis safety culture and meet EH&S objectives.
• Coordinate procedures, waste control, and regulatory compliance across branches.
• Lead branch safety audits, investigations, and corrective action, plus training records.
• Travel 50-75% within the region to support operations and safety initiatives.
