This role is vital in commercializing the first mass-produced portable nuclear reactors. The position requires a proven track record in power systems and team leadership, with a focus on providing reliable power solutions across various environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing power systems for generation, microgrids, or mission-critical power systems.
• 3+ years of experience in a formal people management role.
• Solid understanding of power system control modes.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a team of power systems and power electronics engineers.
• Set team priorities and roadmaps in partnership with leadership.
• Oversee SIL/HIL and system-level testing and regulatory compliance.
