Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or MS in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree.
• Experience or coursework in automation, manufacturing, process development or related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis and Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Hands-on work with prototype and development equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical understanding of assigned automated manufacturing process functions.
• Define process requirements for material handling, sequencing, measurement, timing, tolerances, interfaces.
• Support concept development by identifying risks and resolving technical unknowns through analysis and testing.
• Work with prototype and development equipment to troubleshoot, refine, and validate process performance.
• Translate process learning into clear specifications for internal teams and suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document key findings, risks, and assumptions.
