Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or 8+ years equivalent work experience) in a related field.
• 5+ years leading medium to large-scale enterprise projects.
• 3+ years using project management systems, tools, and methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
• Ability to deliver results in ambiguous, agile environments.
• Strong change leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing detailed project plans and artifacts, including charters.
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead activities across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple medium- to large-scale enterprise, product, and operational projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Maintain project documentation (charters, risks, issues, action items, decisions, status) in the PM system.
• Partner with stakeholders to align on scope, objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
• Provide clear and timely project communications (weekly updates, monthly leadership reporting).
• Oversee activities and resources to meet scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across concurrent projects.
• Promote EPMO methodology and ensure consistent project execution.
• Support adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Provide guidance on EPMO methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and Brown-Forman compliance.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Measure project success and capture lessons learned with Business Management Teams.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships through communication and collaboration.
• Build knowledge of Brown-Forman’s PMO methodology and culture.
• Coach teams in applying EPMO methodologies to improve quality.
• Support Wrike platform evolution for portfolio and project management.
