Job summary

Brown-Forman in Louisville, Kentucky, is seeking an Enterprise PMO Project Manager to lead multiple medium- to large-scale projects across business and technology teams. You will apply EPMO methodology to plan, execute, and deliver with alignment, clear communications, and governance.

You bring 5+ years of progressive project leadership, 3+ years using project management tools (Wrike or equivalents), a PMP is preferred, and a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous, multi-time-zone

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
• Ability to deliver results in ambiguous, agile, and evolving environments.
• Strong change leadership and stakeholder management skills, including communication and negotiation.
• Excellent facilitation and problem-solving skills for decision-making and issue resolution.
• Experience leading activities across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple medium- to large-scale enterprise, product, and operational projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Maintain project documentation (charters, risks, issues, action items, decisions, status) in the PM system.
• Partner with stakeholders to align scope, objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
• Provide clear and timely project communications, including weekly updates and monthly leadership reporting.
• Oversee activities to meet scope, quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across concurrent projects.
• Promote EPMO methodology and ensure consistent project execution.
• Support adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Coach teams in applying EPMO methodologies to improve quality and execution.
