Job summary

Western Alliance Bank seeks an EPMO Director to lead the Enterprise Project Management Office, set the vision, and drive maturity across critical programs. You will recruit, develop, and coach Project and Program Managers, balancing capacity and ensuring governance compliance.

You will ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of enterprise projects, monitor health and risks, and collaborate with senior leaders to maximize business value. This role requires leadership and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management or similar field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading EPMO or large programs in financial institutions.
• Expert knowledge of project management standards and tools.

Responsibilities

• Set EPMO vision and drive maturity improvements across programs.
• Recruit, lead and develop the EPMO team; mentor project managers.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of enterprise projects.
• Monitor health, risks, and performance; escalate issues as needed.
