Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an EPMO Senior Project Leader to drive definition, development, and deployment of strategic initiatives in a fast-paced corporate setting. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, operations, marketing, finance, and sales to deliver complex programs on time and with measurable value.

You will build project governance, track progress, and translate challenges for executive leadership. Domestic travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and coaching.
• Strong written and verbal communication in an executive setting.
• Ability to solve complex problems with practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans and governance documents.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, operations, finance and sales.
• Provide executive-level status updates and issue resolution narratives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management for strategic initiatives.
