Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an EPMO Senior Project Leader to define, develop, and deploy strategic initiatives from our Menomonee Falls, WI headquarters. You will lead cross-functional teams through complex programs across engineering, supply chain, operations, marketing, finance, and sales.

You will build project charters, governance, and dashboards, translating issues into business impact for executives and driving change management with a focus on measurable value and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years related project management experience.
• Facilitator and coaching experiences where problem solving, process development and/or behavior change methods and tools have been used.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills in an executive setting.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex business and technical problems through practical solutions.
• Proven ability to drive issue resolution with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
• Proven ability to make timely decisions and overcome obstacles in fast paced, ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated ability to establish project governance mechanisms, identify and manage interdependent schedules, identify and manage project risks, and drive cross-functional accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans with governance documents.
• Drive accountability for cross-functional teams to complete tasks on time.
• Translate issues into business impact for executive visibility.
• Lead governance and reporting for executive updates and best practice sharing.
• Provide multiple what-if scenarios to find best solutions for future state.
• Deliver project training and build skills of functional leaders and associates.
• Travel up to 15% as needed.
