Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Project Leader to define, develop, and deploy key strategic initiatives within the EPMO. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, operations, marketing, finance, and sales from the corporate office in Menomonee Falls, WI.

A strong leader with big-picture vision and change-management experience will drive complex, multi-workstream programs, providing executive visibility and driving sustainable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years related project management experience.
• Facilitator and coaching experiences using problem solving and process development methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills in an executive setting.
• Ability to solve complex business and technical problems with practical solutions.
• Proven urgency and ownership in issue resolution and timely decision making.
• Ability to establish project governance, manage interdependencies and risks, and drive accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans; create charters and governance documents; drive accountability.
• Establish credibility across business units; influence teams and leaders.
• Provide strategic leadership to challenge status quo for long-term value.
• Visualize project scope with minimal guidance and manage interdependencies.
• Translate issues into clear business impact for leadership visibility.
• Inspire teams to transform the business aligned to future-state vision.
• Lead meetings, document discussions, and capture actions with follow-up.
• Track schedules, metrics, and executive updates; report progress regularly.
• Create scenarios to evaluate financial impacts and test plans with stakeholders.
• Ensure changes are integrated; manage hurdles and drive cross-functional tasks.
• Deliver project training and mentor leaders to build PM capabilities.
• Travel up to 15% may be required.
