Job summary

Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation seeks an EPMO Senior Project Leader to define, develop, and deploy strategic initiatives in a fast-paced corporate office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will lead cross-functional teams through multi‑workstream programs, delivering progress updates to Executive Leadership.

You will guide complex efforts spanning process redesign, governance, data governance, and change management, with initial focus on a strategic sustainability initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years related project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills in an executive setting.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and drive cross‑functional accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans using strong project management skills.
• Develop project charters and governance documents.
• Drive accountability for the team to complete tasks.
• Establish credibility with different business units and influence project teams.
• Provide executive visibility by summarizing progress and challenges for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across engineering, supply chain, operations, and other functions.
• Deliver training and build project management capability across the organization.
• Travel up to 15% may be required.
