Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union seeks a Senior Program Manager for Enterprise MX Insights and Strategy to lead the strategies and governance of the member experience insights program. You will translate member feedback and analytics into compelling narratives for action, influencing executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive insights into strategy, manage vendor relationships, and deliver board-ready reporting on trends, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, or a research/business related field is required.
• 8+ years of progressive responsibility in Customer/Member Experience with listening program ownership and cross-functional influence.
• Financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction, roadmap, and governance for the member experience insights program.
• Expand listening posts and survey modules to capture evolving member needs and opportunities.
• Translate insights into executive-ready recommendations for action and accountability.
